- ➤ Lawton mourns longtime officer Benjamin Lehew after his daughter, Shelby Phelps, announced his death Monday. Lehew worked at Fort Hood, led the Comanche County Detention Center, and served with multiple local agencies — a career spanning decades of public service. ABC 7

- ➤ Cameron University has launched a new job board powered by Handshake for college students and employer partners, offering access to jobs and internships. Employers can register for the 2026 Red River Career Expo in March to connect with potential candidates. Southwest Ledger
