- ➤ Ron Niedert and Scott McClellan told 7News anchors on Community Conversations that Lawton will host the 8th annual Corvette Kickoff Classic starting tomorrow, April 11, and running through April 13. The three-day event will feature vendors + corvettes on display, awards, banquets and auctions. ABC 7
- ➤ Today we remember Robert G. Westberry, 57, who is honored for his kindness and unconditional giving—he served as a highway patrolman and worked in the Naval Investigative Service before living in Oklahoma City for two years. His daughter and loved ones recall him warmly as part of KSWO’s tribute to those affected by the Oklahoma City Bombing. ABC 7

- ➤ Almost a decade after heavy rains caused major damage to the Lake Ellsworth dam — the City of Lawton will start repairing the spillway. The project will help restore the dam after years of wear. The Lawton Constitution
