COMMUNITY NEWS
- ➤ Mountain Metro AMBUCS held its 13th Annual Trykes N Tread Car Show where classic cars and fun activities helped community members regain mobility—today the event runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Great Plains Coliseum and AMBUCS plans to return next year. ABC 7
- ➤ In one week, events will mark 30 years since the Oklahoma City Bombing as the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum honors the victims. The ceremony remembers Frances 'Fran' Ann Williams—48 and a secretary at HUD who was active at Crossroads Cathedral—and honors her as a caring mother and grandmother. ABC 7
- ➤ Children from several elementary schools gathered at Lawton High School Saturday morning for the Rotary Club’s 100th track meet—local volunteers including members of the Fire Department helped run the event. The kids raced in sprints with winners receiving prizes, and organizers announced that next year’s meet will be held around this time. ABC 7
