  • KSWO in partnership with the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum remembered Scott D. Williams, a 24-year-old salesman who died almost 30 years ago during the bombing while delivering food to a childcare center; he was soon to be a father with his wife expecting a daughter named Kylie—friends recall him as a warm and kind person.  ABC 7
