- ➤ Governor Kevin Stitt signed House Bill 2047 (the Emerson Kate Cole Act) to improve allergic reaction response in schools, requiring schools to call 911 immediately after using epinephrine and to train staff yearly on recognizing anaphylaxis and food allergies. ABC 7
- ➤ Rep. Preston Stinson and Sen. Brent Howard said Governor Kevin Stitt vetoed House Bill 2048 that would have allowed rural hospitals to work with more pharmacies—citing pressure from out-of-state drug companies.
