If you kept refreshing the results page Tuesday night, it wasn't just you. Comanche County's results weren't available to the public until Wednesday afternoon because of an apparent software glitch. “When we went to upload the election results, we had technical issues that couldn’t be resolved,” Election Board Secretary Amy Sims told The Constitution.

The said Cleveland and Comanche counties had separate issues with uploading, and that there was no issue with the results themselves. Dr. Jan Hardt, a University of Central Oklahoma political science professor, said paper ballots leave a trail officials can review if questions come up.
